SO!leave a comment ( 0 ) One night, I was too bored to fall asleep, too bored to waste the night away. My luck hasn't been at its peak lately. I felt like I have already used up all my luck. I know it is the year of Fire Dragon. And it is bad because it directly jinx my species; 龙的传人。 I was born in 1988, that makes me an Earth Dragon according to my zodiac. I know it might sound all superstitious and old fashion exploring fengshui and Bazi (八字), but hey, the wonders of fengshui has been passed down for so many centuries one could record. All casinos in the world get their fengshui checked thoroughly. Why do you see so many paintings and statues of naked people in the casino? That is because the casinos want the players to lose until they have nothing left. 输到脱光光! I used to work at RWS casino for a year. Knowing all the "traps" around the casino scares me a little sometimes. SO! That one night, I went to read up on bedroom fengshui. TO MY HORROR, I have been sleeping in the wrong directions for so many years! Sharing with you a few taboos I read that you should keep out: 1) Coffin position Your legs should never point directly to the bedroom door when you are lying down. In other words, the bed must not be align to the door. This is the deadly Coffin Position which is a big No No in the realm of fengshui. When we are sleeping, our energies (气) flow constantly. If our legs are pointing to the door, our energies would be directed out of the door, making us weaker and weaker every night. 2) Do not face the mirror or the window when you are sleeping! 3) Your bed should be accessible from both sides so that the energies can flow better. 4) Do not sleep under slopped ceilings. 5) Sharp edges from tables shouldn't be pointing at you when you are sleeping. There are a lot more but I can't remember. I even went to extent to calculate the directions which are the best for me and shifted my bed accordingly. Hahaha. Is it working? I HOPE! The fengshui advices are just a form of guide. It is kinda impossible to achieve the perfect fengshui unless you are so lucky. It is more important to be practical and sensible when rearranging the furniture in the room. 朋友不许要多，只要有一个两个知心的就够了。友情是那么可贵，你也是那么的可贵。谢谢你这十年来对我说过的垃圾话，让我能显示我出泥而不染的功夫。我永远爱你，我的朋友。 **Insert 发生什么事 song.**

On 2 Feb 2013, we came.
It has been 13 years since we graduated from Teck Ghee Primary School but I am always excited and happy to see my classmates again. We managed to invite our form teacher Mdm Mah Seng Peng down as well! Planning and coordination have been made easy with the help of technology, Whatsapp in particular. The advancement of technology has definitely helped to keep relationship intact and alive. With just a simple message, we can easily activate more than 6 people for dinner/supper within half an hour notice. Hahaha. I think that is quite a feat. Out of 39 classmates, we remained in close contact with 24 of us. The rest were either studying overseas, or simply Missing In Action. Hahaha. Still, I am grateful that we all were once classmates of Primary 62B.

Hello Georgina.
.JPG) Intermediate classes at Oschool killed me. We went for Xuehui's Hip Hop classes and I continued with Ryan's Lyrical Jazz. I was too rusty to catch up. I felt awkward about the way I moved while the rest of the class looked amazing executing the moves. But having a strong heart, I survived the embarrassment. Hahaha I shall persevere and go for Intro classes next week. It is not where you begin but where you end that matters. It sure feels good to utilise those hidden muscles again. I shall pin Oschool Recital 2013 as part of my new year resolution. Don't give up!

It's so hard to blog these days.leave a comment ( 0 ) Too many events happened but procrastination had the better of me. Looking back, I went to Legoland with Daizeh, Lulu and Xiao Ping. 
We queued 45mins for our one and only ride before deciding it's time to go. Hahaha. We spent around 3 hours and left for shopping massage food manicure.
    
And I finally revamped my room. I have been wanting to do that so many years back. Now that I'm "done" with school, I thought I should reward myself for working hard this year. Despite the peanuts left in my bank account, I decided to use whatever that's left to beautify my dark and red room.
I am not finished with the project yet. But here's some sneaks:
  
And I received my first birthday present! Big Bro Alvin surprised me with a receipt of pink curtains. I have been eyeing on that when we went to Ikea the other day to shop for my room deco. Little did I know he went back to get it for me! So touched la, big bro! :D:D:D Now my room is complete. Waiting for 22 Dec to come so that I can go pick it up. Heh heh heh.
One thing I love about Ikea is their 100 days exchange or refund policy. I have already exchanged once. Now I'm heading back to do my second exchange.

Big Bro is flying over to Manila for work. He took really good care of me when we both were working at RWS. He guided me during work; shared his ginseng tea when we worked night shift and were heaty; sneaked me to the fnb kitchen to eat the thickest and yummest bird nest I've ever eaten. Hahahha. Thank you big bro. I will always remember you. ;)

I PACKED MY ROOM! Me packing my room is equivalent to a miracle. Not only did I packed my table, I also tied my enormous TV console with 8 separate compartments as well as my make-up corner. What a feat! Hahaha. Now I am left with my wardrobe, which would probably take me another 3 - 4 hours. With bulk of my things gone and dust cleared, my room appeared seemingly brighter. It must be the placebo effect.

I met Fishy today and I always love to meet her. Telepathy definitely exists between us. I love how I can complete her sentences before she does. It was as if I have sharingan. Hahaha. We shopped and I spared no second thoughts on pampering myself. I well deserved it.
